6. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Muse Agency, LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
